Theraband Stability Trainers are a new way to train balance. They allow for a variety of exercises to be performed that mimic actual functional activities. The Trainers come in 2 colors. The green stability trainer is more stable and suitable for beginners. The blue stability trainer is less stable and more suitable for advanced users. Balance training has been shown to be valuable in the rehabilitation of ankle sprains and chronic knee pain as well as in the prevention of falls in the elderly.
